Dell OnDemand Migration for Email
The option setting is where this product does a good job. Since I did not know when the acquired company started using Office 365 and I didn’t know the exact date we were going to finalize the migration I did a N+30 approach. My date range was from 1/1/1990 to 7/1/2015, this gave me the bulk of their email.
Some things to note for speed of migration you do have the option not to move the Deleted Items, Junk Email & Sent Items. Lets be serious here, why would you not move the sent folder! You do have the option to exclude Specific folders, I did not even try this.
I did select Calendar, Contacts and Tasks; Calendar will give you a lot of errors, most are false positive. Contacts and Tasks I did not see and issues with.
I did not use “Move Large Attachments to OneDrive For Business”
I kept this as default:
